Building Your Dream Home with Anderton Contracting Ltd.:
If you choose Anderton Contracting to build your home, the process involves two main phases:
Phase 1: Design and Permitting
Our design team will create a comprehensive set of drawings, including:
Complete RTM or stick-built home plans (floor plans, truss drawings, and foundation layout)
Foundation, deck, and septic system designs
Site plan (may require a survey or site visit)
Elevation and cross-section drawings
Finishing specifications
We'll also handle the following:
Home registration submission
Home warranty program application
Building permit application
Requests for electrical design, installation, and temporary electric pole (cost quoted by utility provider)
Gas line installation request (cost quoted by utility provider)
Phase 2: Construction
Once the design is finalized and permits are secured, construction begins! This includes:
Excavation and backfill
Foundation installation
Transportation and placement of the RTM home unit
Electrical and plumbing installations
Site finishing (drywall, flooring, painting, siding, roofing, soffit & fascia, exterior)
Skirting and decking
Pricing and Payment:
A down payment is required to order the RTM unit. Final pricing is determined after the design is complete. The final contract price will encompass both the supply and installation of the unit.
We understand that building a new home can seem overwhelming, but Anderton Contracting is here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
